Our CEO and an experienced Dentist for over 15 years, Dr. Salaman Iqbal is our Principal and clinical lead & holds degrees from world renowned Kings College London & University of Central Lancashire. He is a well known local dentist and after many years in the NHS, operates 4 private clinics in Bedfordshire and now in London.  

 

Dr Salaman’s experience and commitment to Dentistry and his patients is admirable. His vision is to build an independent state of the art practice with a team who provide affordable but high quality service, accessible for all. ​For Dr. Salaman, the aspiration to become the dental practice of choice for local communities has come to life as he invests to deliver affordable dental & healthcare for all in the UK.

Dr. Suki Duggal joins Highbury Dental Clinic as our Senior Associate Dentist, bringing extensive experience and a patient-focused approach. He qualified from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2008 and has since worked internationally in both Ireland and Australia. He has also completed advanced postgraduate training in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

 

His clinical philosophy is grounded in careful assessment, structured diagnosis, and well-planned treatment pathways. Dr. Suki prioritises clear communication, ensuring patients are fully informed and confident in their care. He is dedicated to delivering consistently high standards and achieving the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Dr Alistair Green is a dual-qualified doctor and dentist with extensive experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery across several leading UK hospitals. He is currently undertaking an MClinDent in Oral Surgery (Advanced Training) at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

 

Dr Alistair has significant experience managing both routine and emergency oral surgery cases, including complex tooth extractions, oral infections, biopsies, facial trauma assessments and orofacial pain. Known for his calm, compassionate approach and excellent clinical judgement, he is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable and confident throughout their treatment.

Dr Meetal is an experienced and compassionate dentist with a strong background in both private and NHS care. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred treatment and takes a holistic, ethical approach to helping patients achieve their dental goals. With a previous career in pharmacy, she offers valuable insight into patient care, particularly when managing complex cases and advising on medication-related queries.

She has a keen interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, including Invisalign and composite bonding, and enjoys using digital technology to enhance treatment outcomes. Known for her calm and approachable manner, Meetal ensures patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their care.

Dr Naiwen Tan is a highly experienced dental professional currently pursuing an advanced degree at University College London (UCL). With over five years of clinical experience across multiple countries, Dr Tan brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse expertise to every patient interaction.

 

Passionate about delivering the highest standards of dental care, Dr Tan combines technical precision with a gentle, patient-centred approach. Whether providing routine treatments or advanced procedures, Dr Tan is committed to ensuring exceptional results and a comfortable experience for all patients.

Dr Ayesha Malik completed her BDS at Kings College in 2021. Following this she has completed a PGDip in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry due to her keen interest in this field.

Ayesha has a keen eye for aesthetic work and has
completed an Invisalign course as well as various bonding courses, allowing her to provide smile makeovers for her patients. She also regularly
tackles more complex and challenging cases as part of a full mouth rehab to fulfil both the aesthetic and functional needs of her patients; ranging from
simple fillings to crowns, veneers and bridges.

Daniel Nuciatelli is one of our dental care professionals with over 20 years in clinical dentistry. Originally qualified as a dentist in Brazil, he brings expertise in restorative and aesthetic care.

 

He holds a master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry and has contributed to scientific publications, reflecting a strong academic background. Daniel has also completed postgraduate training in implant dentistry, supporting his knowledge of periodontal health and long-term oral maintenance. He is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Clinical Neuroscience, with a keen interest in the links between oral health and systemic wellbeing, and is known for his meticulous, patient-focused approach.

Vithya is a highly experienced dental professional with an international background. In the UK, she has practiced as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist for five years and also holds a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from BPP University, London.

Passionate about clinical excellence, Vithya has completed further training in composite bonding and plans to focus on aesthetic dentistry. Her compassionate approach makes her a favorite for children and nervous patients. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, dance, and baking. She is dedicated to providing stress-free, preventive care to help every patient maintain a healthy smile.

Salma qualified as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist from King’s College London. She enjoys helping patients improve and maintain their oral health, with a particular focus on prevention and education.

 

Salma provides professional cleanings, restorative treatments, and personalised treatment plans for both adults and children.

 

She is known for her gentle, thorough approach and her ability to put patients at ease, especially those who may feel nervous about dental treatment. 

Kushalya, known to our team and patients as Kush, is our dedicated Dental Practice Supervisor at Highbury Dental Clinic. With over 13 years of experience across our wider business, she has developed a strong background in administrative and reception roles.

 

Now in her first clinical setting, Kush is expanding her knowledge within private dental care. She is highly regarded for her excellent customer relationship skills, ensuring every patient receives a warm and professional experience. Her strengths in staff management, organisation, and patient care play a key role in maintaining a smooth-running practice and a supportive, efficient team environment.

Omar's clinical background as a Dentist helps to manage our team as he joins Highbury clinic. Omar's practical experience covers Nursing duties in terms of clinical support, decontamination procedures, and patient care.

 

Omar is an AI enthusiast and passionate about new technology in the field of dentistry. He takes pride in supporting clinicians and ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for. With a proactive and professional approach, he is focused on continuing his development in dentistry and contributing to bringing new technologies to the clinic as well as leading our Nursing team to enhance the patient experience .
